This Refund & Returns Policy applies to Suraj Dental Care and outlines the terms regarding payments, appointments, and dental services.


Appointments & Consultation Fees

Consultation and appointment booking fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the clinic management.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in advance, the amount may be adjusted toward a future appointment.


Treatment Payments

Payments made for dental treatments are non-refundable after the treatment procedure has started or been completed.

However, if a treatment cannot be performed due to medical or clinic-related reasons, partial refunds may be considered after review.


Cancellation Policy

Patients are requested to inform us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment for cancellations or rescheduling.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days
  • Banking or payment gateway delays may occur

Customized Dental Products

Customized dental products or appliances such as:

  • Aligners
  • Dentures
  • Mouth guards
  • Dental crowns

are non-returnable and non-refundable once manufacturing has begun.


Emergency Cases

Emergency consultation charges and immediate treatment charges are generally non-refundable.
